Character's Name: Kaede
Series: Onimusha: Warlords
Timeline: After the game ends, when Samanosuke has disappeared, and Kaede goes to search for him.

Why did your character accept the invitation?: Having failed to complete her assignment of assassinating the Onimusha, and joining forces with him instead, Kaede can no longer return to the Iga ninja clan. Convinced that Samanosuke still lives, she is determined to find him, but in the meantime she is left to fight the Genma on her own. She hopes that Spekkio's invitation will provide opportunity to both increase her fighting skills and further her search for her partner.
Character's occupation: fighter
Character's skills/abilities/talents: Kaede's weapon of specialty are knives, but she is also trained in the use of firearms, explosives, hand to hand combat, and other offensive tactics.
Personality: Kaede is the kind of person would sooner kill you with kindness than murder you in your sleep, though she could certainly do so just as easily, given the right reason. Not bound by bushido, her own personal sense of justice does tend to outweigh her sense of duty, which could be perceived as a rebellious streak--but she is still loyal to the select few with whom she allows herself to become close.
Strengths: In addition to her stealth, agility, and quickness on her feet, Kaede‘s greatest strength is more than likely her determination and persistence. She was also raised among fighters, so she isn’t squeamish, and she doesn’t shy away from conflict.
Weaknesses: Conversely, her small size means she only has so much weight to throw around, and her stubborn determination often translates into being difficult and confrontational. She also has a soft spot in her heart for her partner, and other loved ones, which could potentially be used against her.
